I know it's a bit sappy, but the turtle's way of swimming has something very angelic to it. I can't help it, I'm hopelessly in love with this girl. I usually try to take a photo that doesn't show you too obviously it's been taken at a zoo but I think this basin has got a beautiful architecture - it's over two storeys high, there are all sorts of fish and little sharks and the Queen of it all is the sea turtle. Mich fasziniert die Art der Bewegung auch, wie sie durchs Wasser schwebt. Wahnsinnig elegant. Finde auch, dass das Becken hier ganz nett aussieht, vor allem mit den schrägen Linien. Dass eine von ihnen die Schildkröte hinten so stark abschneidet, stört mich ein wenig. Aber ich weiß eh, dass es schwer anders hinzukriegen ist. Ich hab glaub ich überhaupt noch kein brauchbares Foto von ihr. ich hab ein paar, aber ich bin auch fast jede woche dort
 - der Name Puppi jagt mir jedes mal eine Gänsehaut über den Rücken, wie kann man so ein faszinierendes Wesen nur Puppi nennen?! Unter dem Namen leidet die Schildkröte sicher am wenigsten.
(Aber ja, ich find ihn auch bescheuert. Ich würd auch keinen Yorkie so nennen wollen, obwohl ich die eh nicht sehr mag... ) darüber hab ich längst aufgehört mich zu wundern, ganz ehrlich - spätestens seit es das internet gibt weiß man wie viele idioten es doch auf der welt gibt...

 Skillful incorporation of elements that are unavoidable is sometimes the only way to capture the image.

Critiques
The turtle, main interest, has a great resolution, and the light gives a special tone to it. It is simply wonderful the position that you caught, giving the most fragile part of the turtle a primary focus, and admire the colours.
The background, blurry in some parts and neat in others is nice. The different tones and gradients make us forget about the fish tank, and I can simply imagine looking at the bottom of the sea.
Though you can see some tones of pink at the top, the uniformity of colours surrounding the turtle, is what really catches the eye, giving a natural contrast.
